SomaGaia - Embodied Ecological Pedagogy
SomaGaia is an original pedagogical and artistic model developed by Evgenia Gratsouna. It integrates embodied learning, ecological awareness, and creative movement, approaching the body as site of knowledge, relationality, and care. The model fosters emotional awareness, ecological sensitivity, and collective experience, and is part of ongoing PhD research.

What is SomaGaia

SomaGaia in Practice
SomaGaia is applied through creative movement workshops, site-responsive performances, and embodied learning activities with children and young people. Through movement, imagination, nature, myth, and collective experience, participants are invite to explore their relationship with the body, others, and more-than-human world.
